Your startup is dead.
Its data isnot
You spent years building your startup, but it didn’t work out. But not all is lost: list your dead startup and get its assets acquired by an AI lab for training.

Typical range, across roughly 100+ reported deals within a single year.
Reported by one company for 13 years of code, tickets and email.
For founders
Winding down is administrative work nobody enjoys. If there is material worth licensing, a listing takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

What you can list
Source code, internal documents, and operational records such as tickets, support logs and correspondence.

Listing is free
No fee, no commission. Whatever a buyer pays, they pay you.

You set the terms
Name a price or leave it blank and the listing reads Open to offers.
What this is worth
Labs have run out of public internet. What they want now is inside your archive.
Paid per company across roughly 100 reported deals in a year.
One company, thirteen years of code, tickets and email.
The sectors reported to command the highest prices.
Example listing
This is the format a listing takes. Nothing more is published than what you see here.
Buyers contact the seller directly at the address on the listing. Where no asking price is given, the listing reads Open to offers. Where a date is given it is shown plainly, as above.

How it works
You submit a listing describing what exists.
We check the company email address, review the listing by hand, and publish it.
A buyer contacts you directly at the address on the listing.
You negotiate on your own terms. We are not involved.
Price, terms, legal questions and privacy questions are handled between buyer and seller. We make no claim about the legality or compliance of any transaction and take no part in one.
List your company
Get your company listed for free. Interested buyers will reach out to you via email. Important: We will get in touch with you to confirm if the domain belongs to you, as a form of verification.
For buyers
Listings describe code, internal documents and operational records held by companies that have stopped trading. Each one names a contact address at the company, and every listing is manually checked before it is published.
Every listing, flat rate, cancel any time.
Leave your address and we will set up your account and send access details.
Questions
Do you take custody of the data?
No. There is no upload. A listing is a description of what exists, written by you. The material stays wherever it already is.
What does it cost?
Nothing for sellers. No listing fee and no cut of any sale. Buyers pay $1,500 a month for access to the listings, which is how the site is funded. We are not a broker and not an escrow, and no sale money passes through us.
Who is allowed to list?
Only a company may list itself. Submissions are verified against a company email address. Third parties cannot list a company they do not represent.
Who sets the price?
You do. The asking price is optional and is yours alone. We do not value, verify or endorse any listing, and the ranges shown under what this is worth are reported market figures rather than an estimate of your assets.
What happens after a buyer gets in touch?
That is between the two of you. Price, terms, legal questions and privacy questions are handled directly between buyer and seller. We are not party to it and make no claim about any transaction.
Will my name appear anywhere?
No. Listings carry the company and a company contact address. No founder or employee names are published.
Is anything checked before it goes up?
Yes. Every listing is read by a person before it is published, and the contact address is verified against the company. Review is not valuation: we still do not price, verify or endorse what is described.
